Located in Pensacola, FL; Pathstone would be a mixed use development comprised of 245 single family residential lots, an apartment community and a commercial district featuring restaurants, hotels and professional and medical offices. Pathstone is located across the street from Navy Federal Credit Union’s 2.1 million square foot and $1.1 billion of office complex. They currently have over 6,000 employees on site and plans for an additional 4,000 employees by the end of 2019. Finished lots are expected to be delivered in late 2019. Amenities would include a pool and clubhouse.
