FIRETHORNE

Development of Phase 1 was completed in September 2015 and contained 79 lots. Phase 2 and Phase 3 each added 29 lots in May and October of 2017, respectively. Phase 4 was completed in June of 2018, delivering another 31. The Villages at Firethorne, a new phase for Truland Homes’ active adult product, broke ground in June of 2018 and delivered another 20 lots early in December of 2018. The final phase for D.R. Horton in Firethorne, was completed in July of 2019 adding 26 lots; and the final phase, for Truland Homes in the development, started in July 2019 and completed in December 2019 adding a final 30 lots.

Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, playground, tennis court, basketball court, and whiffle ball/kickball field.
