Austin Watts serves as an Assistant Project Manager – Single Family Residential (SFR) Development for 68 Ventures.

In this role, he is responsible for coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, utilities, and municipal inspectors throughout the construction phase of 68V’s Single Family Residence land development projects.

Previously, Austin served in this role at TerraCore Development Services, formerly the real estate development arm of 68 Ventures.

A native of Mississippi, Austin graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Prior to joining 68 ventures, Watts worked in project management for DPR Construction in various locations including Atlanta, San Diego and Washington D.C.

Austin resides in Baldwin County and enjoys hunting, Ole Miss sports, going on the water, and spending time with family and friends.
