Chloe Kelly is the Director of Operations – Single Family Residential (SFR) Development for 68 Ventures.
In this role, she is responsible for managing daily operational development activities for the company.
Previously, Chloe served in this position for TerraCore Development Services, formerly the real estate development arm of 68 Ventures.
Chloe grew up in Wayne, NJ before her family relocated to Naples, Fla. She attended the University of Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and minoring in finance. During her time at university, Kelly was involved with various organizations including The Florida Business Leadership Society, Business College Council and Real Estate Society.
Prior to joining 68 Ventures, Chloe worked in various roles at a boutique real estate development firm in Estero, Fla., overseeing land acquisition, entitlement, and development of over $150M in assets. During this time, Kelly also earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she was a founding member of the Pi Sigma Epsilon Eta Eta Chapter and vice president of professional development.
Prior to moving to the Gulf Coast, Chloe was very involved with in the Southwest Florida Community, having served on the Estero Historical Society board, Greater Estero Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity of Collier County Next Gen Committee, Southwest Florida Advisory Board for Meridian Bank, PACE Center for Girls, United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades Counties and North Hill Preservation Association in Pensacola. In addition, she was awarded Young Professional of the Year in 2022 by Greater Estero Chamber of Commerce.
Chloe is married to her husband, Spencer. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, fishing offshore, live music, cooking, and attending sporting events.
