Max Dearing is a Project Manager – Single Family Residential (SFR) Development for 68 Ventures.

In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the design and entitlement of all development projects for 68 Ventures and its affiliated investors. This entails managing all third-party trade partner engineers and surveyors to drive projects through to full civil design and entitlement in line with project schedules, ultimately teeing projects up to start construction.

Previously, Max served as director of engineering for TerraCore Development Services, formerly the real estate development arm of 68 Ventures and its affiliated investors, and as a civil engineer for JADE Consulting.

Max graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Mississippi after attending Bayside Academy in Daphne, Ala.

Max lives in Fairhope, Ala. with his wife, Codi, and their two children. In his free time, Max enjoys hunting, cooking, spending time with his family, and Ole Miss sports.
