As Land Acquisition Coordinator – Single Family Residential (SFR) Development for 68 Ventures, Harlan Winn assists in sourcing new development projects, negotiating with sellers, and navigating due diligence operations.

Previously, Harlan worked as a retail development coordinator for a commercial real estate firm in Birmingham, Ala. He worked with municipalities and real estate professionals throughout the southeast to facilitate retail development.

Harlan grew up in Birmingham, and went on to attend Samford University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance, followed by a Master of Business Administration. Harlan also competed on the men’s Division I golf team for five years.

During his free time, Harlan enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
