As Land Acquisition Manager for 68 Ventures, Michael Holdship focuses on sourcing new development projects, negotiating with sellers, and building strong relationships within the market.

Prior to joining 68 Ventures, Michael spent five years in acquisitions and operations, primarily focused on infill projects in the residential development field in Miami. He is also a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida.

Originally from Cadillac, Michigan, Michael attended the University of Miami, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA in Commercial Real Estate Finance. While at university, he was a student-athlete on the track and field team.

In his free time, Michael enjoys weightlifting, golfing, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family.
