This Planned Unit Development is comprised of over 4,300 acres situated between Loxley and Spanish Fort.

Phases 1, 2, and 3 were developed for D.R. Horton, between 2012 and 2013, and consisted of 18, 19, and 39 lots respectively. Phase 4 was developed in May of 2016, for Holiday Builders and included 21 lots. The final 32 lots in Phase 5 were completed in May of 2018 for Truland Homes.

Construction for this townhome specific project was completed in June of 2018.

Construction was completed in March of 2019.

Phase 1 comprised 78 lots and was delivered in February of 2017. Phase 2 delivered an additional 47 lots in October of 2018. Construction of the third and final phase, which included 52 lots, was completed in August of 2019.

Fairhope Falls West is a new section of the development in Fairhope Falls. It comprises an additional six phases and over 300 lots once complete. Construction on phase 4 (the first phase of this section, but the fourth phase overall in Fairhope Falls) began in February 2022 and delivered 38 lots. Phases 5, 6 & 7 were completed by December 2023 and consisted of 68, 70, and 60 lots respectively. Two more phases remain and they will deliver an additional 92 lots by June 2025.

The new phases will add a pool, clubhouse, playground, and recreation and exercise parks to the already existing amenities in Fairhope Fall.

Delivered in March 2023.

Construction on phase 3 was completed in February 2018 and D.R. Horton purchased 50 lots on April 5th. The remaining 36 lots closed in April of 2019.

Development was completed in Marc of 2018.

Phase 1 is made up of 31 lots and was completed in August of 2016. Construction on Phase 2 was completed late in October 2018 and delivered another 20 lots.
