    Pathstone is a mixed-use development is comprised of over single-family residential lots, an apartment community, and a commercial district featuring restaurants, hotels, and professional and medical offices. It is located across the street from Navy Federal Credit Union’s 2.1 million square foot office complex—home to 10,000+ employees. Phase 1 construction started in November 2019 and was completed in July 2021. Phase 2 construction began in February 2022 and wrapped up in August 2022. Phase 2 delivered 76 lots once completed. Phase 4 began in February 2024 and is expected to deliver 56 lots in May. Remaining phases and developments will continue through 2026.

  2. PRIMLAND

    Phase 1A totals 122 lots and features D.R. Horton; construction was completed in December of 2019. Phase 1B and 1C broke ground in December 2019 with completion in May 2021. These phases delivered another 51 lots as well as the amenity center. Phase 2, which delivered 58 lots, began construction in February 2021 and was completed in December 2021. Phase 3, the final phase delivered the remaining 50 lots, in July 2023.

    27 lots in phase 1 were delivered in June 2013. Phase 2 was delivered in March 2014 and phase 3 was delivered in June 2016, consisting of 16 and 36 lots respectively. The Villages at Rayne Plantation, a new phase for Truland’s active adult product, was completed in March of 2019 and delivered 50 lots along with an additional pool. Phase 4 began in early of 2022 and was completed that September adding 52 lots.

    Phase 1 totaled 78 lots and was completed under new ownership in 2014 after resting idly only partially developed for years after being foreclosed on by the lender. Phase 2 broke ground in early 2021 and in March 2023 delivered another 134 lots. Phase 3, 88 lots, is currently under development and is expected to be complete in May 2024. There are another 4 phases planned that will continue through 2027.
