Our latest development for D.R. Horton is Hidden Springs in Biloxi, MS. Hidden Springs will deliver 173 lots over two phases.

We are now actively developing deals in three states: Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi, with other states in the works. Geographic expansion will have a big impact on whether we achieve our internal goals. We have added projects in Birmingham and Mississippi this year as well, so we are looking good.
